Question: I haven't heard anything from you for a long time. What is the status?
Answer: Bevro regularly sends a newsletter describing the progress of the production, etc. If you have not activated the newsletter subscription when you signed up, then you will not get these newsletters and you will have to check the website for updates.
You can check your subscription status to our newsletter by logging into your account "MyAccount --> Log In". Once logged in, click on Newsletter Subscription on the left side of the page and check the General Subscription box. Click Save to confirm.
If you cannot activate your subscription or your account states you have an active subscription but you don't get the newsletters, then please contact us a.s.a.p.
